When should you introduce solids to your baby ?

I'm a first-time mom, and my baby girl just turned 6 months yesterday. At her last pediatrician visit, the doctor suggested we start introducing solids around 5.5 months. We tried giving her banana, daal ka pani, sweet potato, and water, but she really didn’t like any of it. We paused for a couple of days and tried again, thinking maybe she was ready this time. But seeing other babies online starting solids at 4 or 5 months and eating so well made me feel like I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t want to give up though, so today I started again — this time with a banana shake mixed with breast milk. She had a few sips but mostly spit it out. Still, I’m trying to keep offering it gently. I don’t have any extra help around, but a good friend gave me some advice: "Don’t focus on filling her tummy. Right now, it’s just about letting her taste different foods and getting used to the idea." That really helped shift my mindset. I also searched for videos on how to feed babi...

Why Can't A Woman Appreciate Other Woman?

Let's Talk about Women Feelings....

How many of you express your feelings to your friends, family, partner or society?
I guess lots of women hide many things from everyone because somewhere they are afraid of criticism, dislike, rejection and hatred. We are living in 21st Century but still society doesn't accept those women who are too open about their like, dislike, feelings and thoughts.

how to tell if someone is jealous of you

We as a women are not able to express our feelings. Most of the women hide their feelings and desire specially when they are in a relationship. We hide them deep down in our hearts and silent prayers. Those solidified and unsaid feelings are somehow connected to the heart and soul of every woman, which is not describable. That could be a burden of education, relationship, successful marriage, career, fear of loneliness, poverty, getting fat, ageing, and list goes on, to be afraid of.

Have you ever thought about it, as a woman, what do we do for other women? I have seen a woman getting jealous over another woman's happiness because of their career, lifestyle, and many other things. But at least being a woman we can help other woman. We need to appreciate each-other because these emotions can only be understood from one woman to another woman! Why can't we just stop bullying and bitching about other woman? Ask yourself why not? I think, we need to appreciate each-other on small successes, even on little happiness. You think it doesn't count, but it does matter a lot!

Your small gesture could change someone's perspective about life. In fact you can make someone's day better by making small gestures like appreciating their work, their lifestyle, their success and writing a letter to your friend or else asking about her problems if she is going through a hard time, telling your friends how much you are proud of them. We have a very tiny life, why can't we spend it doing something productive?

It's okay if you don't receive yet what the other person already has; but mark my word your time will come, and you will cherish it the most. That day will be the most beautiful day on earth if you have good people around you to appreciate you that you did it! So be happy and be there for them when their time comes. Let's celebrate life; let's stay positive together; let's change the world with more kindness and humanity.
