When should you introduce solids to your baby ?

I'm a first-time mom, and my baby girl just turned 6 months yesterday. At her last pediatrician visit, the doctor suggested we start introducing solids around 5.5 months. We tried giving her banana, daal ka pani, sweet potato, and water, but she really didn’t like any of it. We paused for a couple of days and tried again, thinking maybe she was ready this time. But seeing other babies online starting solids at 4 or 5 months and eating so well made me feel like I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t want to give up though, so today I started again — this time with a banana shake mixed with breast milk. She had a few sips but mostly spit it out. Still, I’m trying to keep offering it gently. I don’t have any extra help around, but a good friend gave me some advice: "Don’t focus on filling her tummy. Doing Meditation you will Become More You

Meditation is a great procedure to lead a stress-free lifestyle. It will make you feel calm, relax and even help you with your anxiety problem and will balance your nervous system.
Meditation will help you to become more pleasant, more concentrated, less disturbed, more grateful and focused on your life. The most important is that it will help you understand your own mentality and your brain power. You can make your own choice without following a distinction move.

Following these steps, you will definitely lead a prosperous life:- 

1.       Start with only two minutes:-

I think you should just give a try and meditate only for two minutes a day in the beginning for at least a week. If you feel the difference a little bit you can increase it two minutes more for a week. After taking these small efforts you will feel amazing. But at least give a try for sure.

2.       Try it in the morning:-

I know early morning could be quite lazy or busy for everyone. But if you want to lead a great day and want to kick your dullness then set a reminder for every morning with a note that inspires you to do “meditate”.

3.       Don’t get confused with how just do:-

Most of the people much think about where to seat, how to do, what type of carpet to use! Well, that sounds you are thinking about it, but the most important is to get started. You can perform it where you feel comfortable sitting on a couch, a chair, on your bed or even on the ground and sit cross-legged. In the beginning, just sit for two minutes and I guess it won’t matter much to sit quietly and feel homely.

4.       Feel the difference:-

If you just start doing meditation session, just don’t forget to check how are you feeling? What kind of feeling your body exactly feel? What do you think about the quality of your mind like anxious, busy, tired? Just observe whatever you’re feeling during this meditation session.

•        During meditation, it’s important to avoid any distractions like the sound of Television, phones, or other noisy kinds of stuff. If you want to play music, then choose calm and relaxing tunes to stay concentrated. You can also go with the option of the sound of running water.

•        You can perform the session of meditation under a tree or sit upon some lush grass in the corner of a garden.

You can easily observe how your thoughts, emotions, and feelings are working in a particular pattern. After some time, you will have the tendency to judge or give an opinion as per your experience what’s good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant with the regular practice of meditation and with your inner balance develops.
