I'm a first-time mom, and my baby girl just turned 6 months yesterday. At her last pediatrician visit, the doctor suggested we start introducing solids around 5.5 months. We tried giving her banana, daal ka pani, sweet potato, and water, but she really didn’t like any of it. We paused for a couple of days and tried again, thinking maybe she was ready this time. But seeing other babies online starting solids at 4 or 5 months and eating so well made me feel like I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t want to give up though, so today I started again — this time with a banana shake mixed with breast milk. She had a few sips but mostly spit it out. Suffering from a hangover, go and get some salty food. While drinking your body not only lose water but it also loses some essential electrolytes, which keeps your body hydrated.

Vitamin-B is totally going to save you from this hangover zone. Add some foods in your diets like dairy products, chicken, and eggs to stop the development process of a hangover. If you can’t add these food items in your food then at least you should opt for vitamin B supplement daily or eat rich foods.

Get some fresh air
Getting fresh air with deep breaths is never going to be a bad idea, and this practice can help your body a lot. You can go for a walk even on a beautiful sunny day. It will increase your metabolism to make you feel better.

Complete your sleep
Don’t ever compromise on your sleep. Taking rest can be the best option for a hangover. So go and try to sleep for as much as you can.

Keep yourself busy
Try to keep yourself busy as much as you can, so that your mind can work properly without taking off your discomfort. Try to do those types of work which keep you happy, busy and interested.
