When should you introduce solids to your baby ?

I'm a first-time mom, and my baby girl just turned 6 months yesterday. At her last pediatrician visit, the doctor suggested we start introducing solids around 5.5 months. We tried giving her banana, daal ka pani, sweet potato, and water, but she really didn’t like any of it. We paused for a couple of days and tried again, thinking maybe she was ready this time. But seeing other babies online starting solids at 4 or 5 months and eating so well made me feel like I must be doing something wrong. I didn’t want to give up though, so today I started again — this time with a banana shake mixed with breast milk. She had a few sips but mostly spit it out. Still, I’m trying to keep offering it gently. I don’t have any extra help around, but a good friend gave me some advice: "Don’t focus on filling her tummy. Rich & Creamy Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Everyone Can Make a Delicious and Yummy Recipe at Home

Ingredients:

Sugar: 1 cup (250ml)
Cocoa Powder: ½ cup
Corn flour: ¼ cup
Full Cream Milk: 500 ml
Vanilla Essence: 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream: 2 tbsp
Grated Dark Chocolate
Pinch of Salt

Method:

Take a bowl. Add sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, and salt and mix it well. Now turn on the heat and take a pan. Pour 500 ml milk into the pan and boil the condensed milk. Now add the mixed ingredients into it. Stir it for 8-10 mints and now add a tbsp of vanilla essence. Mix it well and now put 2 tbsp fresh cream into it.

Now turn off the stove and keep the pan aside. Now take a glass or pour into it. Add some grated dark chocolate into the glass. Let it be cool for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. After that serve it to your family and loved ones to fall in love with the taste of it.
